About this property

A memorable holiday can be found at this amazing block of apartments, a Grade II listed building which used to be home to a former school, Apartment 9 is a welcoming base for a family looking to explore the delights of Ruthin and surrounding countryside of Wales. This stunning flat rests up several small flights of stairs, boasting gorgeous character and dark features into this homely two bedroom dwelling. Unwind in the open-plan living area, an attractive room with everything you'll need to relax after a long day of exploring, with high ceilings, chic décor and exposed whitewashed walls. The kitchen looks over the rest of the rooms, benefiting from it's own breakfast bar, next to a range of high-quality amenities, perfect for preparing tasty home-cooked meals during your stay. Bring your meals over to the formal dining table, opening up a crisp bottle of wine as you delight in the local produce, or choose to share a nearby takeaway if you don't fancy cooking. Once everything has been put away, turn on the electric fire and grab a blanket as you pick a film on the Smart TV for an evening snuggle, the corner sofa is incredibly spacious and great for an afternoon nap. Before bed, wash away the day in the lovely wet room where you'll find a spacious walk-in shower for you to take a long steamy soak before slipping on your snug pyjamas. Take your pick between one of two attractive bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with coordinating neutral décor, ample storage and a unique mirror. Make sure to check out the shared garden area, a lush lawn with a restful patio for you to soak in the sunshine on a summer's day with your favourite book.
