Overlooking the town, this apartment property is perfect for couples seeking a romantic bolthole or for a small family in pursuit of an action-packed adventure to this part of Wales. Climb the staircase to be welcomed in by the warming aura of the property and move down the corridor to find the sitting room, where you can sink into the plush sofa and tune into the TV. Beyond here is the spacious kitchen/diner, housing a range of quality appliances for when you want to rustle up a home-cooked meal, rather than sampling the fine selection of food in Ruthin. Delight in your dish at the formal dining table and relish in some catch up time with your loved ones, before pulling open the map and planning the next day’s adventure. As the evening draws to a close, retire to one of the two double bedrooms, served by a sleek shower room. During a balmy afternoon, look forward to soaking up the sunshine upon the decked area, where table and chairs offer an alternative space for enjoying your breakfast, lunch or dinner. On the doorstep of the apartment are a surprising collection of eateries, ranging from traditional pubs, restaurants and takeaways, catering to all tastes, as well as a number of shops for any essentials and gifts. Discover the town’s past by visiting the Nant Clwyd House, which is the oldest timber frame in Wales and Ruthin Gaol, before visiting Ruthin Craft Centre, which houses work by internationally recognised artists and craftspeople. Keen walkers and cyclists can look forward to exploring the beauty of the nearby Horseshoe Pass, which is close to the traditional Welsh town of Llangollen, which is overlooked by the majestic Castell Dinas Brân. Explore the town’s quirky shops before picking up some fish and chips and sitting next to the river during a summer’s day, or you could explore the surroundings further by hopping on board a steam train or enjoy the atmosphere of the International Musical Eisteddfod in July. From here, you can travel to the city of Chester, known for its extensive Roman walls, where you will find one of the UK's largest zoos, home endangered wildlife from around the world. Alternatively, enjoy a scenic drive to Betws-y-Coed, which is known as the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, where you will find a plethora of walks and a number of beauty spots, which includes the Fairy Glen, the Swallow Falls and the ruins of Dolwyddelan Castle. Other attractions within the area include the National Trust property of Erddig in Wrexham, One Planet Adventure in Llandegla and the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, which is one of the wonders of Wales. With so much to see and do, 7 A Well Street is a wonderful escape for you and your loved ones.

Ruthin is the county town of Denbighshire in North Wales, resting just 25 miles away from the city of Chester and a short drive away from the Snowdonia National Park. Within the town you will find half-timbered buildings, mainly clustered around St Peter’s Square, as well as a collection of interesting shops and buildings, whilst the Nant Clwyd House (the oldest timber frame in Wales), Ruthin Gaol and Ruthin Craft Centre give an insight to the town's past.

Ideally located not far from family who live in Ruthin. It was also a good location to easily get from to other parts of North Wales on our visits out. Parking was tight especially when the neighbours are around but I would say the entrance being as tight as it is, the ground at the entrance just needs some maintenance as there is a massive pothole on entry. Other than that the property had everything you required and was clean and tidy with all sources for shopping and eating out on your doorstep. We really enjoyed here and would stay again. Thank you Garry
