Henllan 2 miles. This is a superb, spacious farmhouse, located in the heart of grazing farmland, two miles from the pretty hamlet of Henllan, in the unspoilt Denbighshire countryside. Not many properties are accessed down a drive of 0.75 miles, but as you approach this impressive 16th century farmhouse you will be wowed by its appearance. Located within the boundaries of the owner's 53-acre livestock farm, and surrounded by grazing fields, this fantastic semi-detached farmhouse has been lovingly maintained to retain many of its original character features such as oak joists and original doors and window shutters. This wonderful house offers a fantastic destination for friends and family to enjoy. The accommodation is spread over three floors, with three different staircases to access the bedrooms which comprise a double, a twin and a king-size bedroom on the first floor and two double bedrooms up a separate staircase on the second floor, making it ideal for two families who may want their own areas. A surprisingly warm and very cosy house. All the facilities you could wish for, Ffion & Rhodri are very friendly and approachable hosts. Location was brilliant between 30 & 40 minuted to Rhyl Conway Betws -Y-Coed & Colwyn Bay

Found the house after a couple of wrong turns and about 10 minutes to the Morrisons in the village. All in all we had a great time only problem we had was my heavenly pregnant daughter in law found the king size mattress was a little too hard. Good location would definitely go back.
