Perfect location, perfect surroundings and perfect house for a birthday holiday for our mum. It was such a family friendly house, but relaxing for grown ups too! The welcome basket was a fantastic treat with some gorgeous food in it, and the instructions booklet was clear and precise so we felt at ease in the house. We can't wait to go back and highly recommend this cottage. Thank you so much for the most perfect Welsh holiday.

The way the sun rises over the Clwydian range (to the front of the property) and how the sun sets (to the rear) with a clear view of Denbigh castle in the back drop is nothing short of amazing! The property is well presented situated on a hill far from the main road which is absolute bliss. It is so peaceful with plenty of wildlife to be seen. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around with 2 tree swings on the front lawn along with a slide. The kids in our party absolutely loved it. The property is a fantastic size providing plenty of room for activities with the kids. As we were in quite a large group we made great use of the kitchen which has plenty of useable room for food prep and dishing up for hungry little monsters. All equipment in the kitchen works brilliantly. The dining room just off the kitchen is a great space to sit together and entertain in the evenings. The bedrooms were very spacious, with great wash facilities which were all very clean! With a house full of kids we made great use of the washing machine, the tumble dryer was out of order but didn’t bother us as we dried most clothes on the a folding airer in the garage. All in all:: This property is a true credit to the family that own it. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we will definitely be coming back. For families with children I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much once again
