    The owner made us welcome.

The cottage is very well equipped, comfortable and warm. It is set in the grounds of the owner’s property, with the use of their paddock, if needed for the dogs. Liz, the owner is very welcoming and on hand should you need anything. There are also great walks direct from the door - Offas Dyke Path is literally one minute away - with safe spaces for the dogs to run around. The Old Pandy Inn which is within easy walking distance, has new owners and is very dog-friendly. We would definitely recommend The Lodge and hope to return.

Well placed for daily excursions in the surrounding area. Liz the owner was lovely & always available if needed albeit that we were quite happy to do our own thing.
