Guests say

Top Floor in Llandudno is praised for its fabulous views, cleanliness, and central location close to amenities. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and the property's proximity to local attractions. While some minor maintenance issues and noise disturbances are mentioned, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The property is consistently described as clean and tidy, with multiple reviews affirming its cleanliness. However, a few comments suggest room for improvement in deep cleaning and bathroom maintenance.

The central location is highly commended, with guests appreciating the proximity to shops, pubs, restaurants, and beaches. The scenic views and ease of access to local attractions contribute to a high score.

Guests find the property comfortable, noting the quality furniture and great shower. Some concerns about heating and the practicality of the wardrobe slightly lower the score.

The property is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, but there are mentions of missing items like a freezer compartment, a hoover, and cleaning supplies. Some guests also suggest the addition of pictures and ornaments for a homelier feel.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the owner, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Heating wouldn't come on . Called owner and he did come and turn the boiler up so heating worked. Place could do with a deep clean. There were no instructions for the oven

Parking can be a bit awkward, that's the only negative thing, great position, would come again.

The big down fall was when we turned the gas radiators on. There was no water going through to heat them up,which can only me they were capped. Waking up in the mornings it was freezing and there was condensation on the windows,I mean they have a heated towel rail in the bathroom, whats the point when the gas heating is turned off. That should all be checked before any new clients move in. We should have complained about it but we didnt, fix this problem because otherwise that can be an excellent flat. The stairs and hallway is all carpeted, which makes it more homily. I mean this is part of the United Kingdom where it gets really cold at this time of the year.
