The ground floor apartment in Ocean View comes with a spacious and tasteful open plan living area. The balcony and Juliet balcony offer incredible panoramic views of Rhos harbour, Colwyn Bay and the Clwydian Range. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stylish monochrome fixtures and fittings, offering everything that you need for preparing and cooking meals during your stay. It features a single oven with induction hob above, combination grill/microwave, and a slim line dishwasher, a washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge with freezer compartment and of course a toaster. The dining area offers ample seating for four and provides access to the balcony - the balcony overlooks the promenade with bistro table and chairs. The master bedroom has a Smart TV that can be watched from the comfort of the king-size bed, plus there’s also ample storage and hanging space, bedside tables, a hair dryer and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bijou second bedroom has a double bed wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and a TV with CD player, plus both bedrooms offer delightful sea views. There is also a separate bathroom which has a bath with shower over. There is also a storage cupboard in the hallway, perfect for storing jackets and shoes, plus also included are a picnic hamper and cool bag and an iron, ironing board and airer. WiFi is also available throughout the apartment. Apartment 7, Ocean View has an allocated secure underground parking space, secure bike storage and a lift to the ground floor. Rhos-on-Sea offers a good range of individual shops, tea rooms and restaurants, as well as activities including a golf club, sea fishing, crazy golf and along the bay at Porth Eirias, sailing and watersports and Michelin stared Bryn William’s Bistro for you to enjoy. You can walk along the stunning promenade, visit the nearby delightful Victorian town of Llandudno, climb the Great Orme or venture further afield to Snowdonia National Park. The quaint market town of Betws-y-Coed is in easy reach or visit the steam railways and canals at Llangollen. Retail therapy can be found in the picturesque Roman city of Chester. All this and more can be found within easy driving range or just relax on the balcony with a drink and appreciate the surrounding views. Rhos-on-Sea is a town in North Wales. With its harbour and relaxed atmosphere, it is the ideal location for a holiday. In the shadow of Bryn Euryn, with Penrhyn Bay to the west and Colwyn Bay to the east, there is plenty to keep you occupied. You can climb Bryn Euryn and discover the hill fort at the top, while those who prefer a more relaxed walk can stroll along the promenade. Spend a day on the beach at Colwyn Bay, enjoying the water sports available. Take a boat trip out to spot seals, porpoises and dolphins, or enjoy a round of golf at Rhos-on-Sea's golf club.
