Rhos-on-Sea is a charming Victorian seaside village in Conwy, with far-reaching views of the Irish Sea and nearby mountains. You’ll be 2 miles from the lively resort of Llandudno, 5.5 miles from the historic town of Conwy with its medieval fortress, and 7 miles from Colwyn Bay. Abergele (8.5 miles) and Snowdonia National Park (10 miles) make great day trips, with stunning walks and spectacular views. For a little extra adventure, head to Betws-y-Coed (18.5 miles) for forest walks, mountain biking trails, riverside cafés and a thrilling toboggan-style roller coaster.

Four rooms have en-suites, two share a Jack and Jill bathroom, and one has a gorgeous four-poster bed and free-standing bath. The 10 beautiful bathrooms have unique touches like quirky taps and feature walls. The show stopping spa is the heart of the house, with a heated swimming pool, children’s pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, poolside shower and massage chairs. An opulent dining room seats all 34 guests around a huge table beneath feature lighting, while the adjoining lounge has vaulted ceilings, a baby grand piano, a Smart TV with Dolby Atmos sound and direct access to the gardens. The high-spec kitchen, complete with two breakfast bars and plentiful appliances, is a dream for chefs. Up on the mezzanine floor, the vibe turns social with an elegant bar, games room (pool, air hockey, table football, poker table), and plenty of seating for cocktails or quiet reading. Head downstairs to the basement for even more fun, with a second bar, an atmospheric sandstone cave with its own bar and TV, a cinema room with surround sound, and a games arcade with darts.

Outside, the extensive gardens are equally impressive, with landscaped lawns, a feature fountain, a fire pit, and a pergola for starlit evenings.
