Llandudno lies between the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its appeal. The town offers two beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of beach backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade.

Spacious and well laid out. Close to town centre, the Great Orme Tram, and the seafront. Lovely views from the bay window at the front, in a quiet part of the town but many facilities nearby such as coffee shops, convenience stores, pubs etc. Many thanks we had a great time.

Wij voelden ons er thuis. Er was werkelijk aan alles gedacht, zelfs een wasmachine en droger waren aanwezig. Lekker dichtbij het centrum en de zee.

    - clean, spacious and comfortable and contained almost everything a couple might need for an enjoyable holiday although the provision of a toilet brush and an extra toilet roll would have been beneficial ! Our week in the flat coincided with a heat wave so we had to extract the 10.5 tog duvet from the duvet cover and use that as a coverlet - no real problem. Although the parking was 'on street' and the 'pot luck' principle applied regarding getting a space near the flat, we never had to park more than 50 yards away so there's no question of a half-mile walk to the car or anything like that. Besides being comfortable and spacious, the lounge had a wonderful bay window at which you could sit and watch the world go by if you didn't feel the need to go out and the bedroom had plenty of storage space and a very comfy bed. My wife and I spent a very enjoyable week there and I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and we would certainly use it again.
