About this property

Resting in the seaside town of Old Colwyn in Conwy is Woodland View, a contemporary three-bedroom holiday home. Within proximity to an array of local amenities, attractions, and the beach, whilst offering a stylish interior and an enclosed rear garden, the property invites six guests and one well-behaved dog, making it the ideal base for both families and groups. Park up on the private driveway before entering the homely sitting room, featuring an electric fire, plush sofas, a Smart TV, a soundbar and a PlayStation 4, sure to entertain your party. Travel through to the kitchen/diner, dotted with state-of-the-art appliances, where you can rustle up and enjoy tasty meals, or perhaps venture outdoors to the decked area for a barbecue? As the sun sets, return indoors for a relaxing soak in the bath, before climbing into bed to enjoy some late-night TV; select between a king-size with en-suite, a king-size and a double. Come morning, plan your itinerary in North Wales, starting off at Colwyn Bay Beach, Bryn Euryn Nature Reserve, and the popular Welsh Mountain Zoo, all bringing you closer to nature. The bustling town of Llandudno is nearby, peppered with activities and immersive experiences, including The Owls Trust Zoo, Llandudno Pier and its host of seaside attractions, Venue Cymru, regularly showcasing music and art events, the Llandudno Chocolate Experience, and the Great Orme Mines, recommended to tour by foot or cable car. Travelling into the county, be sure to stop off at Conwy Castle and its grand structure, and in contrast, The Smallest House in Great Britain, both perfect picture opportunities to recall your getaway. Enjoy all of this by booking Woodland View.

East of Colwyn Bay, a busier coastal resort, is the tranquil beach community of Old Colwyn. From Old Colwyn to Penrhyn Bay, a broad promenade encircles the expansive bay and provides access to a lengthy coastal cycling path, three miles of uncrowded sandy beaches, and the pier and harbour at Rhos-on-Sea. The well-known Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park's superb indoor and outdoor recreation areas, several nearby golf courses, and a variety of eateries and bars in Old Colwyn and Colwyn Bay are also nearby attractions. Take in-depth day trips to Victorian Llandudno, which has wonderful shops, the charming mediaeval town of Conwy, which has a castle from the 13th century, Bodnant Gardens, and the breath-taking beauty of Snowdonia and the Isle of Anglesey. Actually, Old Colwyn is the ideal starting point for exploring all of North Wales.

Large garden which we took full advantage of as the weather was very nice. Large selection of books to read and smart TVs. I would recommend this property and would happily return in the future.

Could do with some bins upstairs and the grass cutting. But besides that everything good

We can improvise so it wasn’t an issue for us but for future guests a few more utensils may be helpful such as a pizza slicer and more racks in the oven. Also more information about how to use things, such as the heating and microwave and essentially the bins. Where we live recycling is just putting everything in one bag so sorting what has to go where and when it’s all collected was a worry but only because we are conscious of making it right for the next guests. However these are not criticisms because we had a wonderful stay and have never slept so much as the beds were so comfy nobody wanted to get up!
