Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, it is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends planning a memorable break together on the North Wales coast.

The comfortable living room is an inviting place to unwind after a day beside the sea, with an indoor fireplace adding warmth and atmosphere on cooler evenings. A bright sunroom provides an additional peaceful retreat, allowing guests to sit back and enjoy pleasant views across the private garden.

The beach is only moments away, inviting guests to begin the morning with a walk beside the water or spend relaxed afternoons paddling, picnicking and building sandcastles. The attractive promenade leads towards the centre of Rhos-on-Sea, where independent cafés, restaurants, shops and traditional pubs create a friendly seaside atmosphere.

Explore the town’s small harbour and breakwater or visit the tiny St Trillo’s Chapel, believed to stand on the site of an ancient holy well. The Wales Coast Path provides scenic walking routes along the bay, while nearby Bryn Euryn Nature Reserve offers woodland paths, limestone grassland and far-reaching coastal views.

Families can spend a day at the Welsh Mountain Zoo or visit the open spaces and leisure facilities at Eirias Park. The Victorian resort of Llandudno is also within easy reach, offering a famous pier, two beaches and the spectacular Great Orme.

Historic Conwy provides another memorable day out, with its magnificent medieval castle, ancient town walls and picturesque harbour. Farther afield, the mountains, lakes and forests of Eryri National Park offer outdoor adventures for every ability.
