About this property

Set in the heart of a thriving coastal resort, with access to the promenade and Port Eirias right from the doorstep, this semi-detached cottage is ideal for touring North Wales and Snowdonia National Park. With a rustic feel inside and cosy rooms throughout, this is perfect for young families. Enter the traditional-style property into the sitting room, enhanced by the original tiled floor and open fire. Snuggle together on the comfy sofas and watch a film in front of the bright orange flames. Vivid colours and decorative tiles adorning the walls elevate the galley-style kitchen, to the rear of the property. Gather at the table in the dining room for your evening meal, with the fire ablaze as you tuck into something hearty. Up the staircase is a single room ideal for a smaller guest, followed by a double room offering a feature fireplace and views out to a wooded area at the back. The bathroom is Jack-and-Jill style, set out down a small corridor leading from the bedrooms, displaying modern fixtures layered with green and white tiles - lovely, clean and fresh. Porth Eirias offers family activities at the outdoor children's playground; sailing, windsurfing, powerboat and even paddleboard classes at Colwyn Bay Watersports. Colwyn Bay is ideal for touring the varied attractions of North Wales, and offers its own leisure centre, shops, pubs, restaurants and the Welsh Mountain Zoo. Snowdonia National Park is ideal for family walks over hills and through river valleys. Harlech Castle is in the top ten to visit in Wales, and Zip World is for those seeking an adrenaline rush. With so much to see and do in the surrounding area, this is perfect for those wanting a seaside getaway.

Colwyn Bay has much to offer visitors of all ages, including sandy beaches, a promenade, a leisure centre and bowling green, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park, and numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. This coastal resort is an ideal touring base for North Wales. Set not far away in Llandudno is the Victorian Extravaganza which is also held annually.
