Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is frequently described as clean and tidy, with one review specifically noting it was 'immaculately clean'. However, one review mentioned the need for cleaning in certain areas, slightly lowering the score.

The location is consistently praised for being convenient and close to local amenities, contributing to a high score in this category.

Comfort is generally well-received, with mentions of a warm and snug environment. However, suggestions for larger beds and issues with light in the bedrooms suggest room for improvement.

Facilities are well-regarded, with mentions of thoughtful extras and a well-equipped property. Some reviews, however, point out maintenance issues like a wobbly tap and a non-functioning blind, leading to a slightly reduced score.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful extras, such as fishing nets, games, and a welcome pack. While these are well-received, it is important to note that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

The beds and linen was of the highest quality. As I am a light sleeper, the Bedroom at the front, could really benefit from some Curtains as the street light made the room not dark. I purchased a dark face mask which solved it for me personally. This is by no means a criticism, but an observation. We had a really bad storm whilst there, that knocked the power off. Julie the owner had it sorted within a couple of hours. Beautiful little patio area at the rear, with an abundance of birds. At one time 4 little Robin's appeared. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again at a later date . The Welcome pack was well received as was the lovely wine. THANKYOU Jule x

Welcome pack appreciated, as was the wine. Pleased there were games for children and beach spades etc.Only problem was bedroom too light to sleep well and blackout sheet difficult to fix. Overall a lovely stay there.

Lovely furniture & decor, clean & tidy but after a while found a few issues The kitchen tap was wobbly making it difficult to use. We closed the curtains & blinds in the evening but next morning couldn't get the blind in the kitchen to open so it was left closed for our entire stay. The main bedroom could do with blackout blinds as the street lights shine in & the room doesn't go dark. If these issues were sorted it would be perfect. We enjoyed our stay over all. The property is in a great location, not far from all the local amenities.
