Security Deposit

Where Ty Gwyn's prior approval has been given for a large single sex group, a deposit needs to be taken by Ty Gwyn prior to the booking being taken.

Damage to Property

If any damage is caused during the customers' stay, Ty Gwyn reserves the right to charge the lead guest for the cost of rectifying any damage caused.

Group Bookings/Party Types

If you do not fall into a family/couple party type, please call us to make your booking.

Please also confirm the exact party details at time of booking, no over-occupancy is permitted. Please provide a mobile number whilst booking as the park will be in touch before arrival to ensure you have all the relevant information for your stay.

Arrival Information

This park operates a key code barrier entry policy, and there is a barrier for entry with the code provided on your confirmation. To gain access to your caravan please find the key safe positioned by the steps of the caravan. The Reception is open from 10am - 4.30pm every day. Please note, after 4.30pm the reception will be closed until the next morning, therefore please check you have the barrier code and key safe code to hand before you arrive. Please be aware this park does not accept commercial vehicles.

Please note that all accommodations are conveniently situated near a bus stop and the main road.

Facilities

The Restaurant is located in the centre of the park and is a relaxing place to enjoy lunch, supper, coffees, cakes and the bar area.

Information on the free Wi-Fi in your caravan is shown in your digital welcome pack, which we will send to you in advance of your holiday, if you provide us with your email address.

This park operates a key code barrier entry policy, there is no need to check-in. Please enter the Park via the large main entrance, located near the traffic light crossing.

Please be sure to leave the key in the same place at the end of your stay.

There is parking for one car to the side of the caravan.

Check in from 2pm and check out by 10am.There are EV chargers on site and have a renewable energy contract. They are charged per use and are located in the center of the park. They are operated via the Monta app.https://www.tygwynpark.co.uk/ev-chargers-on-the-park/Towels are not included, guests will need to bring these.

Please note that your accommodation is located near the road, and as a result, there may be some noise during your stay.
