Within an hour of arriving at the site there were several police cars with police speaking to a 'gentleman'. Our caravan was next to the entertainment centre which was very noisy. My 3.5 yr old daughter was awake until 11 most nights due to the noise. Our caravan was next to the bins which attracted lots of seagulls. When we arrived our caravan was covered in seagull muck as was the caravan next to us - as was my car. Other caravans on the site did not look anyway near as bad as ours. We also walked through other caravan sites which had spotless caravans. After several days we were fed up and left early. When I mentioned my complaints to the staff as I handed my keys back in I was told I should have requested to be away from the entertainment when booking???? How and where could I do that - there was no option when booking. I was also told seagulls are a 'seaside' thing and it was to be expected. It wasn't just one or two messes, the caravan and my car were literally covered. Not once was my caravan hosed down. It looked disgusting. I would not recommend this site to anybody due to the uncleanliness, bad placement of bins and unsavoury behaviour requiring policy presence.
