About this property

Resting in the heart of the popular seaside resort of Llandudno in Conwy is this beautifully presented, second-floor duplex apartment, 10 Carmen Sylva Road. Ideal for a small family or friends, this apartment is within easy reach of local amenities and the picture-perfect coast, while still offering plenty of home comforts for a relaxing break too. Climb the stairs to the second floor where the living/dining room rests, giving you a space to savour your breakfast and a coffee as you plan your day out, and a sofa to sink into after a day of exploring. From here, the kitchen, offering an electric oven and hob and a microwave, provides you with everything you need to concoct delicious dinners, along with a washing machine to refresh your clothes. This floor is also home to the bathroom, where you can indulge in a long soak after a busy day, or a quick rinse in the shower. Up on the third floor, two bedrooms offer somewhere to catch your rest; a twin and an iron-framed double, each with plenty of storage for your belongings. There's plenty to see and do in the area, with Llandudno Promenade just a stone's throw away, a world of entertainment to enjoy at the nearby Venue Cymru, and for the history lovers, Home Front Experience for a taste of 1940s Britain. Venturing outside of the town, animal lovers won't want to miss out on a day at the Welsh Mountain Zoo; from here, you can make your way into the historic town of Conwy too. Known for its UNESCO World Heritage Castle and Walls, Conwy is also ideal for eating out, with a good selection of pubs and restaurants, as well as plenty of quirky attractions such as The Smallest House In Great Britain. Thrill seekers will not be left out on this trip; venture into the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park for your outdoor adventure, whether that be walking, hiking, cycling or even some watersports, there is something for every type of traveller in this fantastic part of North Wales. A beautiful location for a fun-filled trip, 10 Carmen Sylva Road is the holiday apartment for you.

Llandudno is located between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme, and it is these headlands, as well as the town's two waterfronts, that make this tourist resort unique. The town has two excellent beaches: the North Shore, which has a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the quieter West Shore, which has miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and spectacular views of Anglesey. To get the best views, however, take the Great Orme Tramway or a mile-long cable car ride to the summit of the 679-foot-tall Great Orme.

Approx 1 mile from town centre but for us not an issue. Having been to Llandudno previously, gave a chance to explore part of town not seen before, also quieter. Beach situated at end of street was amazing. Excellent communication from owner. Would return & highly recommend.

Owner very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

A nice view of the nearby hills from the living room window. The appartment was equipped to a minimum standard with utensils and other things but the landlord, Kyle, was very friendly and helpful in providing anything else we needed e.g. a caserole dish and additional bin bags. Some hooks in the hall and bathroom to hang coats and towels on would be a useful addition. There is a corner shop at the end of the road which sells most things, and there are several other shops and takeaways nearby. The "North shore" beach is mainly pebbles, but there is a sandy area nearer the pier (about 10 minutes walk along the promenade). There is also a sandier beach at the "West shore" but this is a much longer walk (or a short car journey).
