This spacious two bedroom apartment is situated on the first and second floor of a Victorian House. This recently refurbished property is within a five minute walk of the popular seaside village of Mumbles.
This second floor duplex apartment is part of a Victorian property in Langland. Interiors have a coastal vibe, complete with roll top bath and feature fireplace. Accommodation offers plenty of room for four guests with a lovely open plan living space and a patio for relaxing with a coffee. Just a short walk from the beach and five minutes stroll into Mumbles. Langland is instantly recognisable by its pretty beach huts. This charming holiday hotspot is great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. The village has a couple of good cafes and an excellent restaurant. Perfect for a family holiday or a seaside escape with friends.
