This fisherman's cottage has been lovingly restored whilst retaining much of its original character. Situated at the top of the very old part of Mumbles village, in Thistleboon, the cottage offers high quality holiday accommodation.
Within easy reach are the pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops of Mumbles including the popular seafront cafe Verdi's, and Joe's Ice Cream Parlour. Also close by are tennis courts, crazy golf and the promenade that stretches all the way from Mumbles Pier to Swansea Marina.

Ground Floor
Reception: Open plan lounge/diner with leather sofa and tub chair, gas stove, flatscreen TV, DVD player, oak dining table and chairs for 6.
Kitchen: Microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer and range cooker with 5-ring gas hob.
Utility Room: Washing machine and storage area in an exterior utility room.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: 1 double with wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: 1 king zip 'n' link, which can be made into a twin.
Bathroom: Roll-top bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC (please be aware that there is a step down directly from the bathroom to the landing).
External: There is a small garden to the front with table and chairs for 2 to enjoy the lovely view. The pretty rear garden is terraced with French windows opening directly onto a small courtyard with patio furniture. From here steps lead up to a raised area with further seating. Children must be supervised when using the upper part of the garden which is also not suitable for people with limited mobility.
