This luxurious ground floor apartment forms part of the beautiful Langland Bay Manor House. Interiors are elegant and beautifully decorated throughout offering a bright and spacious living space for four guests… a delightful coastal escape with the beach on the doorstep and Mumbles accessible via the coastal path.
Langland Bay Manor is in the pretty coastal village of Langland. Just a short drive from Mumbles, Langland is instantly recognisable by its pretty beach huts. This charming holiday hotspot is great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. The village has a couple of good cafes and an excellent restaurant.

Ground floor entry through its own private entrance into a spacious hallway.
Sitting/dining area: full length sash windows with views across the bay and is furnished with soft seating, flatscreen TV with DVD player. In the corner of the sitting room is the turret which features a circular dining area with seating for 4 people.
Kitchen/diner: dining table with 6 chairs, ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer dryer.
Master bedroom: king size bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, Smart TV (no terrestrial channels) with an en suite with WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2: king size bed, built-in wardrobes and a Smart TV
Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: Smart TV (no terrestrial channels).
Parking: off road secure parking & visitor parking
General: changeover day - Saturday. Electric heating. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi.
Pets: sorry, no pets.
