Bryn Noddfa is a spacious semi-detached house sleeping six, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area at the southern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The property is ideal for lovers of the great outdoors - walkers and their canine companions - with direct access from the garden onto the Beacons at the foot of the Black Mountain.

The house is comfortably furnished and well equipped, standing in enclosed gravelled grounds and with private parking. There is oil-fired central heating throughout and WiFi is available. The accommodation comprises:

Living Room: Open-plan sitting room and dining room: two sofas, tub chair, wood burning stove, TV with Amazon Fire Stick/Netflix; dining table and six chairs; bookcase with a good selection of books and games

Kitchen: Electric cooker with extractor hood over, tall fridge, tabletop freezer, microwave, dishwasher

Bathroom: (Ground Floor) with bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin

On the first floor:

Bedroom 1: with king-size bed

Bedroom 2: with twin beds (can be made up as super king-size on request)

Bedroom 3: with double bed

Cloakroom (First Floor) with WC and basin

Outside: low maintenance, enclosed grounds with garden furniture, barbecue, access and views direct onto the Brecon Beacons at the foot of the Black Mountain. Be aware that there are sometimes sheep, goats and cattle grazing on the hills and moors adjacent to the property.

Parking: private parking to the front for up to three cars.

Relax in the garden with a barbecue and glass of wine after a day of strenuous walking and linger outdoors to admire the stars. Bryn Noddfa is situated in a residential area two miles from the village of Cwmllynfell, and four miles from Ystradgynlais to the east or Ammanford to the west, where you will find supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and other facilities. There are plenty of interesting visitor attractions in the area, including Carreg Cennen Castle, National Showcaves Centre for Wales, Dinefwr Castle (NT), beaches at Aberavon or Llanelli, many walks and waterfalls in the Swansea Valley, as well as Swansea itself and the Gower Peninsula beyond.

Bed linen and towels provided

Up to four dogs welcome at no additional charge, but please keep dogs downstairs and on leads where animals are grazing

Security deposit of £150 payable, reduced to £100 for guests without pets
