Argonaut House is a practical, ground floor, pet-friendly apartment right in the heart of the Maritime Quarter. It offers light, bright and comfortable accommodation with direct access from the lounge across an area laid to lawn, and onto the beach and promenade of Swansea Bay. From the promenade you can watch the boats come and go from the marina and enjoy the views across the bay to the village of Mumbles.

There are many activities and attractions close by including the National Waterfront Museum, The LC Aquapark and Leisure Centre, The Grand Theatre and many bars and restaurants. The 360 Swansea Beach and Watersports Centre is a short distance away. All of this makes Argonaut House the perfect place for both couples and small families to relax and unwind.   

Accommodation

Ground Floor: Enter Argonaut House via a communal door which leads directly to the apartment.

Lounge/Diner: Two x 2-seat leather sofa's, TV, reading material plus dining table and chairs for 4 people. French door opens out onto area laid to lawn with views over towards the promenade and sands of Swansea Bay.

Kitchen: Electric cooker, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, mirror fronted wardrobe and an armchair.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds with hanging and storage space.

Family Bathroom: 3-piece suite including WC, wash hand basin and a shower over the bath.

External: Allocated parking bay. Lounge doors lead onto open area laid to lawn bordering the promenade.
