I had a pleasant 4 night stay in the cottage which is set on a lovely farm surrounded by 60+ animals - a highlight of the stay. The cottage was well equipped and very functional, it had a nice private garden that caught the sun during the afternoon. The bed was super comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. Philippa was quick to show me around the farm and chatty and friendly. I love this area and particularly enjoyed walking a 6 mile round loop at 8pm to sit on Penbryn Beach to watch the sunset, a white sandy beach surrounded by fields of cows and sheep. A fantastic end to me walk up the Cardigan coastal path. The Alpacas, donkeys and horses/ponies were friendly and curious - lovely to witness.
