The property benefits from an elevated position in the centre of New Quay looking over the town, the harbour and out to sea. New Quay is a popular destination due its beautiful beaches, bustling town centre and iconic harbour. Take a boat trip out into Cardigan Bay where you may spot dolphins and seals, or stick to dry land and feast on some fish and chips. If a day at the beach is your thing, you will be truly spoiled for choice with New Quay's beaches. Head north from New Quay and Aberaeron can be reached in just 7.5 miles by car, or if you enjoy walking the coastal path, take the route south from New Quay to Llangrannog (8 miles), soaking in the breath taking views over the bay as you go. As you enter the hallway of the property, you will find the fantastic lounge space to the left with large, comfortable sofas centred around the TV. There are sea views to the front and French doors to the rear leading out to the pretty courtyard in the garden. On the opposite side of the hallway is the open plan kitchen/diner.
