This property is in the town of New Quay, a pretty seaside town on the West Wales coast. A quieter alternative to some of the bigger resorts such as Aberystwyth, New Quay is a quaint town where colourful Georgian houses line the seafront and visitors have a choice of two splendid beaches, both of which offer plenty of sandy space to relax. There is a good choice of shops, cafes, and restaurants and local amenities in the town, as well as several interesting attractions, including dolphin spotting boat trips, a marine centre, and the Dylan Thomas Trail which allows visitors to follow in the footsteps of Wales' best loved poet who once lived in the town. Approach this property via a set of stairs that lead from the pavement outside; they cross a decked veranda before coming to the front door which opens directly into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
