Set within the grounds of the owner’s home, it is conveniently situated within a village location only a short walk from the village shop and beach. There is an hourly bus service that passes the pub, which is 1½ miles away or a 5-minute drive. Oswald Lodge makes a perfect base for Heritage walks and exploring the dramatic Ceredigion coastline where bottlenose dolphins are often seen. Just 5 miles away from the picturesque fishing town of Aberaeron, with its pretty colour washed houses, pubs, restaurants, independent shops and boat trips. Decorations and tree are provided for Christmas and New Year bookings. Beach ½ mile. Shop 300 yards, pub 1½ miles. Spent a few nights here, was lovely and relaxing. Andrea is a great and friendly host. Lodge is tastefully decorated and the hot tub was excellent way to spend evening. Nice and quiet area with a shop, chip shop and a pub where they give you massive portions. Will happily return in the future.
