Situated in Llandysul perfect property for families or friends looking to explore the local area, the property consists of kitchen, dining room, and a living room with Smart TV. To the first floor, there is a double room and a super kingsize zip and link bed, and a shower room with shower cubicle. There is a garden which is large and lawned, however not enclosed; pets welcome.

We've had a truly wonderful stay at Llwyn holiday cottages. Lots to see and do in the area. The holiday cottage is a home from home, we've not stayed anywhere with such attention to detail. Everything you need is there for you to use from washing up liquid to kitchen foil and plenty of loo roll. The garden is beautiful and the view from the bedroom window is stunning. Thank you Pam and Nick for your wonderful hospitality. We can't wait to return.

We had the most lovely few days here and would thoroughly recommend it for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.I was here with my husband and dog (Billy) and everyone settled in straight away.Pam was superb. Friendly, helpful and providing a lovely welcome pack (milk (checked which sort we preferred before arriving), eggs from her own free range hens, biscuits and Welsh cakes). There was also a basket of sachets of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar. Everywhere was spotless and I can honestly say this was the cleanest cottage we’ve ever rented. Crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils all looked brand new as did towels and bedding. We were given a box of logs, tinder and matches for the wood burner and this made the evenings so cosy.Pam was great at allowing us to use one of their field areas to have a quick walk with Billy before setting off for the day. There was also the use of a garden area.Info pack was great. Pam’s directions are spot on…like having a written satnav to hand.Heating was great and hot water abundant. Sofa and chair comfy for our evenings in.All in all, this was a 10/10 break for us. So happy we found it when researching where we’d like to stay.Thanks Pam (and Nick and your 3 beautiful dogs) for making us so welcome.
