Yr Hufenfa is one of a pair of beautiful, adjoining West Wales holiday accommodation surrounded by 35 acres of stunning lush green rolling farmland with 6 acres of traditional woodland, stream and riverbank. They offer ideal cottage holidays for outdoor enthusiasts and for anyone who just wants to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax in tranquil Welsh countryside. A great location for cycling, walking, fishing and visitor attractions at Cardigan Bay only a short drive away.
Yr Hufenfa retains many original features and visitors are welcome to explore landmark features from the glacial age on the farm's woodland walk. The farm was built into the south-facing hillside above the Clettwr River and the gardens today are terraced to provide superb scenic views over the valley.
Ground Floor
This West Wales holiday accommodation has an open plan lounge, dining area and a modern kitchen fully equipped for self-catering with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and includes Freesat TV and audio-visual system. Internet access is available for guests via the Wi-Fi network. Under-floor heating on the ground floor.

Both bedrooms have south-facing dormer windows overlooking the Clettwr valley. The rooms are tastefully decorated throughout to a high standard.

The cottage has a stable door access to patio, deck and terraced garden with chair swing and patio furniture, picnic table and barbecue.

For the benefit of all guests, a ‘no-smoking indoors’ and no pets policy has been adopted.

This property has a £150 good housekeeping refundable bond, which is payable to Wales Cottage Holidays along with the balance of your holiday. Alternatively, you can waiver this bond by paying a non-refundable fee of £5 per person instead.
Yr Hufenfa can also be booked together with Y Llaethdy. For larger parties, the downstairs halls can be opened up as adjoining lounges. Please contact us for more information on booking both.
