Lletty Cottage is praised for its tranquil and picturesque setting, offering a comfortable stay with beautiful views and a peaceful garden. It is well-positioned for exploring Cardigan Bay and nearby attractions, with convenient access to local amenities and beaches. Guests appreciate the friendly hosts and the cottage's overall charm.
Most guests found the cottage clean and comfortable, but there was a notable complaint about cobwebs, spiders, and a musty smell, suggesting inconsistency in cleanliness standards.
The location is highly praised for its convenience, quietness, and proximity to local attractions and beaches, making it an excellent base for exploring the area.
Guests generally describe the cottage as comfortable and tranquil, with a relaxing garden and cosy bedrooms, although one review mentioned weak shower pressure.
The cottage is considered well-equipped by most, but there were remarks about insufficient amenities such as hand wash and toilet paper, and a need for maintenance.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

We stayed in lletty cottage for a 4 night break. The location was not difficult to find at all.. Having said that.. We didn't use the postcode to navigate rather we simply used the name 'lletty cottage' in the search and it took us straight there.. The postcode falls a short distance away but the owners have provided the directions which were easy to follow. The location of the cottage is excellent.. It's very convenient and has many places to visit nearby.Unfortunately the greatest downfall was the cleanliness of the cottage.Having arrived at the cottage I could see webs hanging down from the ceiling to the cushions on the sofa.. There were spiders on the sofa and pretty much most corners of the place including the kitchen worktops. It was not a nice thing to see and put us off immediately. It was very obvious that the place had not been checked before our arrival and it seemed the place was not used for a long time. We assume this because there was card on the bed mentioning... if this bed is not used pls leave this card on the bed so it avoids being unnecessarily cleaned... But it was very dusty and the spider webs were hanging right above on the ceiling joists above the bed.. The children were very reluctant to sleep there but we had to make do. Another disadvantage was the stench of the place.. It has a very strong wood/damp/mould smell and was so strong that I've had to wash all our clothes and travel bags after having returned because it's still lingering on.The amenities of the place were insufficient.. There was no hand wash in the bathroom something we were not expecting and only 1 extra loo roll apart from the half that was on the holder. The pressure in the shower is so weak it's difficult to shower unfortunately. We've stayed in other places before and they have been fully equipped. Having said that, the location is really good so just take extra things if you want to stay here.Personally we wouldn't visit again but with some maintenance of the property and just some little extras, the place would be lovely to stay. The owners are lovely people and very polite although we didn't have much interaction.
