The whole family can enjoy a host of activities which are available just a short drive from the doorstep including the stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron, the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey, Llain activity centre, Fantasy Farm Park and Borth Animalarium amongst many others. On entering this charming hobbit house which has been converted from a disused farm building, you will find yourself in the comfortable and welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area. Offering panoramic views across the open valley, this delightful studio style accommodation comprises one main room with everything you may need for a great holiday. You can relax in the cosy lounge area with seating, traditional wood burner and TV. The central sleeping area has a double bed and built in bunk beds which are suitable for two small children. There s a charming dining area, and the kitchen is well equipped with electric hob and oven and fridge. You will also find a shower room complete with WC. A utility room shared with the other properties is available on site. Stepping outside, relax in your own private wood fired hot tub and enjoy the enclosed lawn areas which are shared with the other properties on site, and have seating offering views across the open valley. You are also welcome to enjoy all 65 acres of organic meadows and woodlands. The farm offers a well maintained nature trail that meanders through the 65 acres taking in a variety of breeds of sheep, cows, pigs and chickens along the way. A small shop is located on site selling gifts and fresh seasonal produce from the farm. (Maybe subject to changes in access to shared areas due to social distancing measures).
