Lampeter 2 miles. Set on a hillside, in the village of Pentrebach near Lampeter, this former farmhouse enjoys far-reaching south-facing countryside views. Once off the main road and on a 'no through' road, you will pass two houses on your way up to the property and then only come across the local farm traffic thereafter. With a hot tub on the patio, a welcoming woodburner and oil Rayburn, you can all enjoy family time in the warmth and comfort of this rural retreat. The well-equipped kitchen/diner allows everyone the opportunity to join in preparing meals and then settle round the table to share them together before setting up a traditional family board game.
The comfortable sitting room is the place to put your feet up, relax and reminisce great days out and plan the next day’s outing.
