This detached holiday cottage, lying in the coastal resort of St Dogmaels, is just a stone’s throw from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, making it a perfect base for a romantic getaway. The heart of St Dogmaels is on the doorstep with pubs, an historic abbey and walks along the River Teifi estuary to Poppit Sands. The city of St Davids has a cathedral and ruins of the Bishop’s Palace from the 12th century. Visit Tenby and take a boat trip to Caldey Island. For wildlife, take a sea safari to Skomer and Skokholm islands, home to puffins, razor bills and seals. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

It's a good location to explore the towns and beaches. Plenty of places to visit, especially if you like bird watching.

Lovely welcoming Cottage. Very clean and well presented. Surrounding area is beautiful. The ruins at St. Dogmaels is worth a visit as well as the beaches, especially the waterfalls at Tresaith. Jane was very informative about the local activities and she gave us a lovely welcome.

Brilliant 7 night stay here. Lovely welcome by the owners who gave a few tips on what was in the area. Some great walks and POI in the area, beaches, castles, abbey, watermill etc. Spotless and well equipped accommodation, plenty of good places to eat nearby if you don't want to cook including, the chippy, The Whitehart pub, The Ferry Inn and The Grosvenor. We also had a takeaway from The Shampan in Cardigan. The Tuesday market is great for some local food and drink. Would definitely recommend and return.
