Clean and modern accommodation in a fabulous location. We were close to all amenities and the view was lovely.

The apartment is only a short walk to anywhere in town. Perfect location on the Promenade. Large bedrooms with two in the basement and main bed on ground floor. All three have a TV. A single small window in each room with no ventilation meant the rooms were extremely stuffy and difficult to get any clean air. Windows open to the main street so can’t be left open at night for security reasons. The kitchen (also with a TV) is downstairs which works well but the dining table being in the basement means no views unless you have a TV dinner in the lounge.Parking can be problematic but not impossible. We parked several blocks away on two nights and at the front door the other two nights. One and two hour parking in front of the building means you can stay until 10 or 11 am each morning depending on the location and park as early as 4pm without getting a ticket. To find free parking just go a few streets off the Promenade and further up the hill towards the tram. There is a generator powered food stall across the road on the beachfront that operates all day and well into the night. This was by far the most annoying aspect of our visit. It was simply annoying and intrusive in an apartment where every breath of air through whatever window you could open was critical.
