This penthouse apartment offers plenty of space on two floors, along with two balconies to make the most of the views.
Within a 5 miunute walk to all the town's amenities, including restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as a wide range of shops. Amongst its numerous attractions, Aberystwyth is home to the National Library of Wales, two beaches and a promenade, a castle, cliff railway and a narrow gauge railway to Devils Bridge. Not to mention Aberystwyth University, a traditional cinema and the largest Arts Centre in Wales.
Layout - Third Floor

Aberystwyth Penthouse is located on the third and fourth floors and can be accessed by lift or stairs. A spacious hallway welcomes you on the third floor and you will be drawn to the living areas that enjoy plenty of natural daylight - giving you an instant feel of relaxation.
The beautiful kitchen/dining room has two large windows to enjoy the panoramic views over Aberystwyth and out to sea. With plenty of space for everyone to gather, this is a social setting for some homemade meals with family or friends. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric double oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a large dining table with 8 seats, as well as a breakfast bar with high stools.
The adjoining lounge offers a lovely cosy retreat with its own private balcony. Two sofas and a chair invite you to relax in front of the view, or to enjoy a good film on the large TV (basic Sky package included). Gas fire and DVD player whilst a selection of books, games and DVDs are also provided.
Bedroom 1 - One of the four spacious double bedrooms is located on this third floor.

Fourth Floor
Bedroom 2 – Master ensuite bedroom. Enjoy amazing views over the seaside town of Aberystwyth from your wonderful double bed or from the private balcony. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes a corner bath and separate double opening corner shower, along with a basin and WC.
Bedroom 3 – Large double bedroom with low level bed, plenty of storage space and panoramic views.
Bedroom 4 – A cosy fourth double bedroom with a velux window.
Family bathroom with a bath and hand held shower hose, basin and WC.
Outside
Located in an elevated position, the penthouse has a large west facing balcony accessed via patio doors from the lounge (3rd floor). Here you can enjoy a fantastic view over the seaside town of Aberystwyth and out to sea at Cardigan Bay. The perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the sea.
There is also a second private balcony in the master bedroom on the fourth floor that enjoys the same magnificent view.
