A wonderful place for gathering families and/or friends. Tresaith Beach Haven is a bright, spacious Victorian house decorated with a coastal feel in beautiful neutral colours and finished with every convenience you'd need for a relaxing luxury break. The house has an elevated position set up above Tresaith's seafront meaning each front-facing window has uninterrupted views out to the bay.

The house couldn't be in a better position for an easy holiday routine with Tresaith's picturesque sandy beach (Blue Flag) and the popular local pub - The Ship, just 200 yards away.

The interiors are full of character - the owners have sourced lighting and accessories using local materials, and pieces of art from West Wales' local creatives.

On arrival, you will find a welcome hamper filled with luxury local produce.

After a day at the beach, sandy feet and wetsuits can be rinsed-off in the outside shower which is tucked away at ground floor level by the utility room outbuilding and back door entrance to the house.

On warm days you can enjoy opening the front door to let in the sea air, and even sit out on the front terrace for your breakfast or evening drinks. When the colder winds pick up, gather around the log burner in the cosy lounge and put on a film, or perhaps watch the storm blowing in!

Children young and old will be happy spending some downtime tucked away in their own TV/playroom basement which has a wall-mounted TV, 2 sofa-beds and plenty of board games.

Day trips are only a short drive away to beautiful Aberporth and Llangranog; there's also vibrant Newport and Aberaeron if you want to venture further afield.

Accommodation

Sleeping 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, maximum 6 adults - 2 extra children can be accommodated on 2 single sofa beds in the basement playroom.

1 large family bathroom, 1 En-Suite bathroom and a WC outside in the utility outbuilding.

Ground Floor

Steps up to the front door lead into a spacious hallway. The living and dining space is open-plan with a bench, an armchair and 2 sofas looking out to sea through a large bay window; the dining table seats 8 on a combination of chairs and a bench.

The kitchen is at the back of the house at the end of the main hallway with access to the garden. It is sparkling clean, modern and well-equipped for feeding a crowd; 2 ovens, a microwave, fridge-freezer, electric hobs and a dishwasher. There is also a small breakfast bar which seats 2.

First Floor

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 double with king size bed, a bunk room for 2 children and 1 twin room with generous fitted wardrobe storage. The double & bunk room have sea views. Steps lead you down into a very spacious family bathroom with double sized shower and with a luxury waterfall/drench showerhead and a generous stand-alone bath.

Attic Master Bedroom Tresaith Beach Haven's penthouse suite - a huge space with 2 large Velux windows looking out over Tresaith. King size bed, TV and a luxurious en suite shower room.

Basement TV/Play Room Stairs take you down into the basement of the house to a perfect hideaway for children and teenagers. This play room has a wall-mounted TV, board games and toys as well as 2 sofa beds for extra sleeping accommodation. Far from a dingy basement, it has a little window letting the daylight in.

Garden There is a decked terrace to the front of the house with a table and chairs seating 4, and a glass balustrade. To the rear, there is a small courtyard, with side-access through the secure door to the lane, outside shower and steps up to an enclosed terrace with a large dining table and chairs and barbecue.

Utility outbuilding is just outside the back door of the house and has a washing machine, tumble dryer and WC.
