Aberporth is located on the Ceredigion Coast Path where you can take a walk whilst trying to spot the famous bottlenose dolphins that reside in the bay. You may even glimpse them from the large balustrade decking area of the property. Visit the local town of Cardigan (7.5 miles), with its restored Castle and many beaches. Other beaches to visit include Poppit Sands (10 miles) and Tresaith (1.5 miles). There are several villages within easy driving distance, including Penybryn (8.5 miles), Llangrannog (5 miles), and New Quay (16 miles), offering an array of activities, events, shops, cafes, pubs and eateries. Whether you want an action-packed holiday or to relax and unwind in beautiful scenery, this is just what you are looking for. Pembrokeshire (40 miles) and its attractions are an easy day trip away, too.

Enter at the rear of the building up a metal staircase to the door and into a spacious and warming apartment spread out on two levels. The ground floor has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an L-shaped sofa to gather around after a busy day on the beach. Watch a movie on the wall-mounted Smart TV and take in the splendid sea views from the lounge window. A large table which seats nine is perfect to sit around enjoying a meal together or playing board games. The spacious kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped for all your catering needs, along with a breakfast bar. From the dining area, two steps take you down to a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a further staircase takes you to the front door leading to shops and the beach. On the ground floor, guests will also find a double bedroom with sea views, and a triple room with double bed and a single over. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with walk-in shower, freestanding bath and WC. Upstairs, find a further two bedrooms – one twin and a master bedroom with king-size bed, sea views and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, at the rear, is a large, decked area with glass balustrade and comfortable seating for morning coffee or evening drinks. Stairs lead down to a secure rear yard with fabulous wooden climbing frame with slide, swing and sandpit, and a decked area with additional table, chairs and BBQ for al fresco dining.
