Llys yr Afon apartment in Aberaeron offers the perfect base for a self catering holiday with hot tub facilities on the West Wales coast. Just a short walking distance to the town’s wide range of restaurants, pubs, beach and shops. Built in the early 1800’s, Llys yr Afon is part of one of the oldest and most substantial stone-built houses in this beautiful Georgian harbour town. Spacious and contemporary, the apartment is located at the lower ground of the house and leads out to the patio area within the large walled garden.
Ground Floor
Llys yr Afon Holiday Apartment has a luxury lounge with brown leather sofas, a large T.V. with Freeview and a dining table with 6 chairs. The open plan, fitted kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge freezer. Glassware, crockery and kitchen equipment are all provided.
Across the large hallway are 2 bedrooms (1 double room and 1 twin room) and a bathroom which includes a walk in shower with non slip tiles and a grab rail.
Garden
The walled garden includes a newly built hydrotherapy hot tub for you to enjoy. The garden is beautifully decorated with flowers and plants of all colours and also includes a patio area and a trampoline.
The hot tub is available for exclusive hire at £4 per person for up to a 30 min session. The spa is very sophisticated and powerful with mood lighting and different massage configurations to ensure it reaches every part of you to aid your relaxation. This is a must for full enjoyment of your time here. Slippers and robes also available for hire.

This property has a £150 good housekeeping refundable bond, which is payable to Wales Cottage Holidays along with the balance of your holiday. Alternatively, you can waiver this bond by paying a non-refundable fee of £5 per person instead.
Short breaks, weekend breaks and mid week breaks are available throughout the year.
