Maesycrugiau is a short drive away, a quiet, pretty village lying in a leafy valley along the River Teifi. It has easy access to shops, takeaways, and pubs at Llanllwni. Just 12 miles away, the market town of Carmarthen offers a variety of large high street shops, unique local produce shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants, as well as a cinema and theatre. Visit Merlin's Hill Centre, steeped in history and shrouded in mystery, where legend has it that Merlin lies imprisoned inside the hill.
