With amazing panoramic views across rolling farmland to the peaks of the Brecon Beacons, you ll feel in the heart of the national park here. From the doorstep, enjoy miles of wild, open country ideal for walking, mountain biking and pony trekking. Explore the Black Mountain, take the kids to pan for gold at Dologothi (9 miles), or browse the antique shops at nearby Llandovery (4 miles). Step into this authentic stone cottage and make yourself at home beneath the wooden beams and slanted ceilings, which add to the property s countryside charm. Relax in the comfortable lounge/diner, curling up on the cosy sofas in front of the TV DVD after an exciting day out. Settle down around the dining table, which seats four, for a meal lovingly prepared in the adjoining kitchen. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor, while upstairs you will find two welcoming bedrooms: one sunny double and one twin, both with hand basins. Enjoy the spectacular scenery on the south facing patio, which is a wonderful sun trap during summer months. Savour a delicious al fresco breakfast here using the eggs, bread and coffee from your welcome pack, kindly provided by your hosts. It s a great spot too to just sit and drink in the incredible views. Parking is available. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 Newly fitted bathroom with shower over the bath. Newly installed Kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and dishwasher. Use of owner s utility room with washing machine please discuss with owner. Welcome pack. TV and DVD in lounge. Nearby woods can be explored by guests 18 acres of woodland with a variety of pathways. Wildlife and 15 varieties of indigenous trees with spectacular views of the Black Mountain and Pen Y Banc.
