The caravan was clean and beds ready made up. There was a strong smell of cleaning fluids in the caravan which took several days and candles to remove the smell. The mattresses on the beds where uncomfortable felt springs digging into the body. The sofa in lounge was also uncomfortable due to sponges in sofa needs to be replaced. Oven took over 2 1/2 hours to cook a chicken and roast potatoes . Actual door did not close properly. Equipment in kitchen OK. Overall size of caravan good.

Quite disappointed with this holiday. The location was awful. The country lanes were very tight specially for big cars like ours. We got stuck for 40 minutes whilst helping a car get past a lorry which was wedged. Kidwelly which was 10 minutes away from the caravan park was a ghost town. Nothing to do there and hardly anyone around. Not suitable for kids at all. Considering one of the caravans we paid for was expensive, it wasn’t value for money. The beds we’re horrendous! The springs were sticking out of every mattress in the caravan which gave us a bad back. When checking out I complained about this and the lady behind reception said they would have put another mattress over the top which meant there would have been 2 mattress on top of one another. Why don’t you just replace all of them for better ones?? The toaster in our caravan didn’t work either. The back of the remote to the TV was broke and batteries kept falling out. The caravan was dirty under the bed too where they hadn’t of been cleaned properly.The swimming pool was very small. Too small for the amount of people they let in. There was hardly any room to swim. Only one small slide for the kids too. The entertainment room wasn’t very big either. One night we had purchased bingo tickets and the bingo had started and we was doing it standing up as there were no tables available for our party of 9. The food at the restaurant was lovely. However one of the evenings we were eating our food a child was sick nearby. The staff were all standing round just staring and discussing who’s going to clean it up. It took at least 10 minutes for it be cleared which was the dad of the child! They gave him rubber gloves and paper towels to do it. He came back after sorting his child out to clear up the sick instead of the staff just doing it? I’m not one to complain however as we paid for 2 caravans as we was a large party. I think the price was very expensive for what you got.
