Some of the other cars parked awkwardly which did not allow us to park. The cleaning was not up to the standard of other sykes properties that we have stayed in before. E.g. cobwebs in the top corner of one window, hairs on carpet that showed up when you pull3d your slipper back on the carpet. The toilet and kitchen sink where a little dirty we had to clean on arrival.

Including a dishwasher which a very nice touch. Very good communication and attention to detail. Complimentary bottle of wine, biscuits, coffee and milk on arrival all made it a little bit more personal and welcoming. Personal free parking at the property. Only comment was that it needs a soap tray in the shower. I would recommend this to any couple thinking of booking and you will not be disappointed. It takes 58 seconds from leaving the gate to the beach, and a very nice beach it is. The shower is hot and powerful, microwave, fridge, freezer full oven and hob. Very comfortable bed. Having four USB points by the bed was very convenient. TV free view but large size. Road outside but you do not hear anything at all. Do your big shop before you come, nearest large shop is Sainsbury's in Tenby or Tescos etc in Carmarthan. I fully recommend this accommodation it was so relaxing. Caban hotel on the beach is minutes away and is the best place for breakfast and a coffee. Mary took the time to show us the house below the flat, and that is equally laid out to a very high standard and with the advantage of a washing machine. Caravan park to the back of the house, but we did not hear any noise during our stay on the second week in October 2023. Nice if you want comfort, seclusion, and beach this it a nice to place to go.

Great decor, comfy super king sized bed and we loved to seagull! Only 2 comments really, firstly, that the towels provided could have been larger! No bath sheet size available which is pretty much standard size these days. Secondly we were not sure about the balcony as the table and chairs were right outside the house below’s bedroom window, which seemed a little too close really. As it was the weather was not really conducive to sitting outside in the balcony unfortunately.
