Tenby, Saundersfoot, Laugharne and Carmarthen are all within a half-hour drive. The apartment has been finished to a very good standard, boasting large open-plan living areas with underfloor heating which extends into a well-equipped kitchen with modern units and amenities. Outside, the large patio is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining, the spacious terrace offers a table and chairs and of course exquisite views. It also offers a tantalizing hot tub, seating four with music connectivity overlooking the golden beach.
For the more energetic, stroll into the resort and discover the seven miles of golden sands which are scattered with cafés, traditional pubs and gift shops, or take a ten-minute drive to discover the historic town of Laugharne, which is famous for the birthplace of the late Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, featuring his iconic boat house and historic castle lying peacefully on the edge of the glistening River Taf.
The Pembrokeshire border is within easy reach and is home to the popular coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby with their cobbled streets, and seafood restaurants and encased in their tranquil fishing harbours. A visit to the resort would not be complete without a trip to the county’s award-winning leisure attractions including Oakwood, Anna’s Welsh Zoo and Folly Farm. Everything we could have imagined and more. Location, access, view and most importantly a fantastic hot tub on a dark cold evening 🌡️🔥 Apartment was clean, well equipped and perfect for either a couple of family of 4. Highly recommended. Excellent facilities in apartment as well as ample shops, restaurants and amenities within short distance. Great base location for visiting local towns, castles and activities. Lovely stay here over the Easter break. The Apartment was really nice and clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Views over the sea are beautiful. The apartment allows dog and Pendine it's self is very dog friendly with dogs allowed in the beach and in the pubs. It's a short walk to the beach - but fair warning it's a very steep walk back! Very doable though if you are able bodied and well worth it for the views. Would highly reccomend and we will be going back soon.
