Loved the Buttery and it's surrounds. Unfortunately our time there was very short as my wife had a fall and broke her ankle! Lee was extremely helpful when we had to go home. Would definitely like to return.

Sadly weather was against us and there was very little to do. Any trip out involved driving for a mile or more up/down very narrow tracks with very few pull on places. Second bedroom extremely small, so cottage not really suitable for four adults. However owner helpful, nothing was too much trouble and everything very clean and tidy.

The place is lovely, absolutely great for parents with children, very thought through in detail. The accommodation was v modern inside and scrupulously clean. The welcome pack was a lovely kind touch with cakes and milk in the fridge and dog treats too.Had just come from one of your cottages on Anglesey where the contrast couldn't have been greater - so I was v pleased at all the ' extras' that make it even better than being at home. Bedding was clean and felt luxurious.Only downside was that I hadn't realised, especially from the Web pictures, that it wasn't a detached . cottage. I was sandwiched between 2 and mine had a connecting door and I could hear them talking/ radio,tv. Small front garden area gave no privacy and new hedging so dog could walk through it. Dogs on leads stipulated on the site. My bedroom had window to rear of property where boiler house sited and it fired up constantly until after midnight and then from 6am! V noisy and not good for sleeping.
