We had a lovely stay at Ponderosa, it’s very peaceful & the views are beautiful. The accommodation is lovely & was everything we needed for the 4 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, cups, cutlery ect…… & the lounge area had a comfy sofa & chair, table & chairs, wifi, tv & dvd player. The only reason I have given it 4 stars is because the double bed was really uncomfortable & after 2 nights of no sleep we ended up purchasing a double inflatable mattress to sleep on in the lounge area. I did report this to the manager of the property who is going to let the owner know. Thanks for having us 🙂

A lovely little place in a beautiful location. The garden is amazing and the house is comfortable. There are lots of castles and beaches to explore and we found the local people were so kind and happy to chat. Some of the kitchen utensils etc could do with an upgrade but it had everything we needed. We look forward to returning.

Wow what a beautiful spot right on the estuary. We had a very relaxing week away. Llansteffan is a gorgeous little village and the beach is just stunning. Highly recommend Florries chip shop down by the beach, best chips we've ever had. A very quiet and secluded area, great for just switching off to the world. Our son has learning disabilities and this ticked all the boxes for him, hes quite loud and unpredictable but we had no worries at all staying here. He couldnt bother a soul and the neighbours were all so lovely. The beach right on our doorstep was a god send and we enjoyed spending evenings shell collecting, playing Frisbee and enjoying the views. A 25 minute drive away is Camarthen, which is a great spot for a bit of shopping. Ponderosa is a lovely little lodge with a large lawn area at the front, great for the dog and kids playing. Well equipped and lovely and clean. A few little bits could do with some tlc but overall we enjoyed our stay here. Already booked up for next summer.
