We were a family of 5 - our children are all later teens. We had several holidays to this part of Wales when our children were younger. We were looking for something that was good value located between Swansea and Tenby and this property fitted the bill perfectly. The house is half the property - the owner lives adjacent and was very friendly. The housekeeper was also very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We stayed in a week when temperatures are very high. Fortunately the house is well shaded by trees and stayed lovely and cool. The property is very old and so there are some squeaks and so on. The kitchen and bathroom are a little dated but clearly very carefully maintained. The beds, shower and so on were all completely fine. The location is out the way - but we were planning to do day trips and therefore this was no problem for us. We loved hearing the bird song every day. We were a bit worried about having just one bathroom between us - but it turned out OK! Overall, this accommodation represents great value for money.

Very comfortable, well equipped holiday home. Weather good so able to explore local area. Suited us as adult children able to all meet up over bank holiday weekend. Lovely garden and not to far from coast and walks. Many thanks

The property was easy to find from the directions provided. The property was very clean and has good sized rooms.We did run out of fuel for the boiler but this was rectified quickly and the people managing the property are very helpfulWe did find that there aren't many power points in the lounge.The garden is lovely and whilst the property is remote there's plenty to do within a 10-15 minute drive
