Idyllically nestled on a quiet, no through lane, surrounded by woodland in the hamlet of Brook. Close to the coast and just a two mile drive to Pendine and Laugharne. Pendine is renowned for its seven miles stretch of sandy beach and pubs, restaurants and shops all along the seafront. Laugharne is a very pretty village, sitting on an estuary, with a large castle commanding your attention. The village is famous due to its rich literacy history, being once the home of Dylan Thomas, where you can visit the boathouse where he lived and view the little cliff top garage where he did much of his writing. Lots of coastline and attractions nearby to explore. Up seven steps from the road and enter into the hallway. A doorway to the left leads into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and a dishwasher. This leads around into the lounge and dining area. In the lounge area there is a cosy wood burner and a TV/DVD with a comfortable sofa to cosy up on, the dining area has views across the garden and seating for four guests, for you all to enjoy a family meal together. There are two light and airy double bedrooms to provide you a good night s sleep. Further on is the bathroom that has a shower over bath and WC, as well as a convenient washer/dryer in the cupboard. Venturing to the outside, there is a sloped lawn area and woodland that adjoins the cottage, and is accessed by unlevel steps. On the opposite side of the lane, literally a few yards is a stream, and a garden, with patio, a bench seat, lawn and private parking for two cars. Need to know: 2 double bedrooms. 1 bathroom.
