It is detached and your privacy is very important to the owners. It has every comfort considered, sea views and great walks, it is perfect for a romantic escape or a proper family retreat. Carmarthenshire boasts some of the most glorious sandy beaches in Europe and there are plenty to choose from, including the very pretty Tenby and Laugharne, made famous by Dylan Thomas, both less than 20 minutes from the cottage. Plenty of walking on the pretty trails along the lanes, through Carmathenshire and neighbouring Pembrokeshire, the Celtic Trail is 143 miles in total and they make for a great days cycle ride and the All Wales Coast Path which is 870 miles long. Bike hire is also available locally. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king size and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Outside: garden terrace with outdoor furniture. Larger grounds surround the property with a pond. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Additional info: please be careful around the pond with children, not in the immediate garden. Location: beach 5 miles. Need to know: sleeps 2 4 : Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other a twin, all bedding included and a hairdryer for each bedroom. Cot and highchair available on request.. Relaxing : Large sitting room with leather sofa, two leather armchairs and two beanbags. Wood burning stove with a basket of logs and kindling on arrival. TV, DVD player, local books and information. Cooking : Handbuilt kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and cafetiere. Basics such as salt, pepper, coffee, tea as well as a local welcome gift.. Keeping clean : Upstairs bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Towels included. Washing machine/dryer. Outside space : Terrace to the front and rear of the cottage with garden bench, outdoor dining table and chairs.. POND : Within the wider grounds (not the immediate vicinity of the cottage) there is a pond, so please be aware for younger children.. FARM : The cottage is detached and your privacy is very important to the owners, it sits within the grounds of a working dairy farm and there are other buildings on the farm.. Wi Fi no Wi Fi connection at the cottage itself but owners very happy to let guests use their connection upon request.. PETS : Sorry, no pets at this cottage..
