Beautifully renovated bungalow offering spacious holiday accommodation overlooking Pendine Sands and Carmarthen Bay.

This holiday home is based in the beautiful coastal village of Pendine with its famous eight mile sandy beach. There are a handful of bars, cafes, and convenience stores to keep you fed and entertained during your stay but the beach is the real star of the show. Spend the day with some fish and chips at the seaside or get on your walking boots and take the coastal path out to Amroth taking in the beautiful views over Carmarthen Bay. Fans of motor racing may recognise the beach which, due to its size, has been used to set land speed records in the past and the annual Pendine Sands Hot Rod Races take place in May. As you enter the property you are welcomed into a good size hallway with ample space for your coats and boots. The lounge can be found to the left with two comfortable sofas centered around the Smart TV and wood burner. Cosy up around the fire at night and relax after a day of exploring the coast. The dual aspect windows and French doors to the rear create a light and airy space with views out over Carmarthen Bay. Just off the lounge is the open plan kitchen/diner. The dining table can seat six comfortably and enjoys views over the garden. The kitchen is in a country style decor and benefits from a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Each room is of a generous proportion and has ample space for storing your belongings. The third bedroom is a twin room, perfect for friends sharing or younger guests. The family bathroom has been equipped with a bath with shower attachment, separate freestanding shower, and WC. Externally, the property benefits from a large L shaped garden, wrapping around the rear of the house and befitting from fantastic sea views. There is a patio with dining furniture to enjoy meals al fresco during the warmer months plus a large lawn area for children to play. There is driveway parking to the front of the house for up to 3 cars.
