The property is the perfect bolthole to accessing all of Cardiff's most popular attractions from live sporting event and music concerts to shopping centres and a plethora of bars and restaurants. The Taff Trail is right on your doorstep and boasts a fantastic cycling route from Brecon to Cardiff. Cardiff Castle and the expansive, pet-friendly Bute Park are also within walking distance of Tŷ Bach Twt. The train station is conveniently located 1/3 of a mile away, with regular and frequent train services to Cardiff Central (15 mins).

Tŷ Bach Twt Was a perfect base for our Cardiff week, the house is warm and comfortable with lots of thought going into the services provided but most of all due to the warm welcome from Alan and Anne, and the assurance that they were available to help out anytime anything was needed. Lots of local information was provided too. Location was a short easy drive into the centre of Cardiff and a few mins onto the m4 to get out and about further afield. We were able to park directly outside the property every day regardless of the time of day.

Lovely area to visit especially if you have a dog, as it is a very pet friendly area. The owners Alan and Anne were extremely welcoming, helpful and catering to our needs. There are local shops, pubs and take outs places nearby along with Haley park. If you’re looking for a chilled, relaxed get-a-way I’d highly recommend Tŷ Bach Twt. The beach is a 30 minute drive and the city centre is a 20 minute drive.
