This 5 star luxury Cardiff cottage is set in a countryside location, yet is only 20 minutes from Cardiff. Surrounded by woodland and rolling hills and with a superb local pub and restaurant nearby, it is an ideal location to just sit back and relax or to stay for one of the many sporting and cultural events in Cardiff and South Wales.

There are walks directly from the cottage and many activities and attractions nearby. Highlights include the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Glamorgan Heritage Coast. The property is disabled friendly with all rooms located on one floor and with widened doorways.

Ground Floor

Open plan kitchen and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen including range cooker, American style fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher. Dining room includes a table with seating for 8 and a large comfy sofa, TV and state of the art sound system. Double sofa bed on request - suitable for children only.

Lounge with 40” TV, freeview and DVD player, and comfy sofas.

Stylish master bathroom with WC, sink and bath.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers and en-suite walk in shower room.

Bedroom 2 with double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers and en-suite walk in shower room.

Bedroom 3 with double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers and en-suite with shower cubicle.

Bedroom 4 with double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers and en-suite walk in shower room.

Private enclosed garden with a BBQ and large table and chairs. There are also plenty of open spaces with the 50 acres to be enjoyed.

Ground floor property with disabled access, wide hallway and walk in wet-room showers available. Please note there are no hand rails in bathrooms

A large selection of books, games and dvd’s are on hand.

The following items are also provided at the cottage for your stay… Kitchen: salt and pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, new dishcloths and scourers, tin foil and cling film. Bathroom: liquid hand soap and 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner, anti bacterial spray etc.

No smoking and no pets.

Direct bus to Cardiff runs from only 1 mile away from the property. Local taxi and mini bus firm also available if required.
