Nestled on the outskirts of Trearddur Bay in Caergybi is this delightful one bedroom living space Croeso, a garage conversion transformed into a modern and comfortable space and enjoying a fabulous location, Croeso certainly lives up to its name offering a couple a welcoming home away from home. Leave your vehicle on the driveway, before discovering a rear, enclosed patio with barbecue, bistro table and chairs, a perfect spot for dining alfresco or savouring your morning coffee as you make plans for the day ahead. Step into the open-plan living area, where you can impress your other half with tasty meals, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, ready to enjoy at the dining table over a celebratory bottle of fizz. After dinner, snuggle up on the sofa and select a much-loved film from the Smart TV as the evening’s entertainment. Prepare for bed with a refreshing shower where you can wash off sandy toes after a day at the beach, before climbing into the sumptuous double bed to catch your rest. Pack up your bathing suit, swim trunks and towels and head straight for the golden sands of Traeth Trearddur, where you can bathe, paddle the shores, or try your hand at a selection of watersports, including sailing and windsurfing. The village offers plenty of eateries to suit every taste and budget, with light bites on offer from the Sea Shanty Café which serves food all day, fresh seafood at Ocean’s Edge and Chinese at The Imperial Place. During the summer months, watersports, bathing, sailing, and windsurfing are the most popular activities, while golfers can enjoy the Holyhead 18-hole links course. The South Stack Lighthouse rspb Reserve is well-known for its birdwatching, and there are plenty of rock pools and cliff-top walks to explore. For those looking for a more extensive range of amenities, Holyhead is a short drive away and offers an excellent leisure centre, a marina and the second-longest breakwater in the world, as well as exciting day trips to Dublin via ferry. Visitors to Holyhead's Maritime Museum and Holyhead Breakwater Country Park will appreciate the museum's excellent cafe. Newborough, with its excellent woodlands and beach, and Beaumaris, a town and castle, are both further out.

within easy reach of the beach and for travelling to different parts of the island. We were made to feel welcome by our hosts Andrew and Francesca, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

There was a warm and friendly greeting with great ideas about both where to eat and visit. The accommodation was spotless and we enjoyed the cake and milk that was left for us. We would certainly love to come back again.
